A Victory with a Taste of Greece! Or How Our "Yamas" Team Triumphed at the Panteon Tour Operator New Year’s Eve Celebration.

YAMAS! This Greek word — meaning "To us!" and "Cheers!" — celebrated our victory in the intellectual battle at the Panteon New Year’s Eve event on December 17.

What a joy it is to be part of such a large and welcoming community of professionals!

This year, we, the Greek incoming company GASSI DMC, had the pleasure of being both partners and guests at the wonderful New Year’s Eve celebration hosted by Panteon.

This evening is always a special tradition — a warm, almost family-like atmosphere where the best of the best agencies come together. There were heartfelt congratulations, well-deserved awards for sales leaders, and wonderful gifts from Panteon, as well as from partner hotels and DMC companies. And the highlight, as always, was the legendary "What? Where? When?" game.

And that’s where the magic happened! Our Greek table, bringing together the "Yamas" team, didn’t just participate — it claimed an undeniable victory!

But then again, why is that so surprising? Around our table gathered some of the most knowledgeable and passionate people in the travel industry. Perhaps the most cohesive team of all — where everyone truly understands one another. And of course, there’s our shared history with Panteon — we’ve been playing together for over ten years! This victory feels like a natural result of our partnership, built on trust.

We believe this symbolic win sets the tone for the entire 2026 season — and that sales for Greece will take their rightful place at the top.
